Michiel Hulshof, founder / director
Michiel has been the acting China correspondent for the Dutch weekly Vrij Nederland and press agency ANP since 2007. Previously, he wrote features and opinion articles for news magazines (Vrij Nederland, Management Scope) and newspapers (de Volkskrant, NRC next, Trouw, die Tageszeitung). He is an experienced discussion leader, who worked for Dutch talk radio BNN and several discussion programs in the Netherlands. He co-authored several books, amongst which ‘How to Become a Politician?’ and ‘Moralitime’.

Daan Roggeveen, founder / director
Daan has been working in Shanghai as an architect since 2008. He worked for MADA s.p.a.m. in Shanghai and NL Architects in Amsterdam on projects varying from master planning to furniture design and made exhibitions, prize-winning competition submissions and interior design projects. His photographic work emphasizes on the contemporary city and its development, varying from real estate adds in Ukraine to parking in Belgium. He lectures regularly at Hong Kong University in Shanghai.

Vivian Song 宋昕霖, project manager
Since 2009, Vivian Song has been working as project manager for the Go West Project. She co-ordinates the participation of the Go West Project in exhibitions and lectures. Previously, she worked as an education adviser for New Oriental in Shijiazhuang and as a music editor for the Shijiazhuang radio. In May 2011, Vivian contributed to the exhibition +Follow at MOCA, Shanghai with her acclaimed artwork Playing field.
