Book launch
Sold out National Theatre, 13 September
In the past months we launched our book, both in Europe and China. We did a sneak preview at the Beijing International Book Fair on September 4, where we did a lecture and panel debate in Ullens Centre for Contemporary Art in 798.
On 13 September we organized Exploding China in a sold out Amsterdam National Theatre (Stadsschouwburg); a full night of lectures, debate, theater and music with critic Jiang Jun, architect Wang Fei and many others.
On September 22, during the London Design Week, we were in the London exhibition space The Gopher Hole, where we we presented and discuss our book in an evening lead by curator Beatrice Galilee.
The 2nd of October we presented our work in an event in the Chengdu Biennale. Two weeks later, on October 16, we launched our book in Shanghai, in The Glamourbar.
Afterwards we also did lectures in Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands Architecture institute and Hong Kong University/Shanghai Study Centre.
In the spring of 2012 we will launch the book in the US in various cities. We will keep you posted!
